well i am taking a food suppliment.
when i start taking this suppliment it makes my appetite high. i always feel hungry. even after my full diet i feel hungry all the time and it makes me weight gain so quickly.
I THING THER IS STEROID( i was dont knoW) IN SUPPLIMENT.WHEN I START TO TAKING IT IT MAKE SHOWS ITS EFFECT WITHIN 6 DAYS.
i am taking it since 29 months..
but when i leave this suppliment i jus have no appetite at all. i always feel full all the time. i never feel hungry. if i forced myself to it it make me feel nausea and bloated or vomit. i feel sick stomac and nausea.
I TOOK TRIFALA CHURNA, liv52, engyms syrups, trifala ras.. etc so many allopathic medicines but homeyo pathic medicines but dint work..
i think its a side effect of steroid which i stopped suddenly.
after GAPPING AND STRUGGLING 9 months i started to same suppliment and feel hungry..
is this any way to get rid of this food suppliment and getting a strong appetite??
i am very anxit and depressed abt this issue coz i knw this suppliment make me harm..

well to have strong apetite you can have neogadine eliexer syrup. 2 spoons half an hour before meals everyday.
